Cheesy Breezy Beef Fillets with Green Bell Pepper

I have never tried any other beef recipe that has superb taste like the one made with this recipe. Don’t compromise taste for few calories as the butter and cheese in this dish gives it a special aroma and softness that nothing else can give. After trying this dish, you won’t regret sacrificing your diet plan for just one meal.

Most of us love to have grilled chicken or beef so this tip is especially for those who grill a lot and really want to improve the grilling quality. Most of us use black pepper in marinade sauces before grilling, this isn’t bad but black pepper has the tendency to burn on the grill and if you are not that careful about the exact time of grilling then that might give you a bitter taste in your steak because of burning of black pepper. So it’s better to use pepper in the end, after finishing the grill

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef fillets
  • 2 green bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup chopped leeks
  • 2 green chilies (thinly chopped)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 to 3 cloves
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic mince
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (any of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • 1. Melt butter in your grill skillet and add beef fillets. Grill until the beef is cooked properly, for about 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side then take out on a cutting board. Cut the fillets lengthwise in chunks and return the fillets back to the skillet.
  • 2. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped leeks, bay leaves, cloves, salt, pepper and cumin seeds and grill for about 2 to 3 more minutes then add green bell peppers and allow it to cook for 5 more minutes. Don’t overcook let the color of green peppers be fresh green and the taste still crisp.
  • 3. Take out the beef fillet and bell pepper mixture into the serving dish and finally top with shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and chopped green chilies.
  • 4. Enjoy with your favorite sideline. I prefer plain white rice that will not suppress the superb taste of this cheesy grilled beef.
